The last thing you need to worry about is all the detail work of having your accounts all over the place and also training your team. A well designed marketing system will help take care of that operate on auto-pilot.

Finally, you have to passion. You must be actively building towards your vision and your end goal with a company that gives you passion. If you don't have a company that gives you that passion then find one that does.
