My Favorite Network Marketing Secret - Mystery Is Your Friend

Why do you think people run from you or shutdown when you try to tell them about your network marketing business? Have they ever started totally ignoring your phone call, emails, and other attempts to contact them?

Why do you think that is? Well let me tell you one of my network marketing secrets-- you must create mystery.

Whatever You Do, Don't Do The Following:

Don't call up your friends, family, and co-workers and try to tell them directly about your business, not yet anyway. Why? They do not want to feel forced or pressured to join your opportunity. It's not comfortable, plus, they do not want to do what you just did - try to sell to your family, co-workers, and friends. It's frightening!

We have all felt this way-

"Oh my, God, here he comes with another opportunity."

This is why they don't want to do network marketing. The thought of them making others feel the way they do is not fun for them.

The great recruiters entice you to come to them. How though? Listen closely--here is one of my top network marketing secrets.

They Create Mystery. If a friend, family member, or co-worker comes up to you and says, "Hey man, what are you up to tonight"? You reply, "I am writing down a goal list for a new home-based business that will let me map my plan to replace my present job's income and permit me to work from home".

What did you just do? You created mystery which will prompt "them" to ask "you" more about it, "What is this home-based business"? You reply, "Ask me again in a few weeks and I will tell you all about it, I am still honing my skills as a leader". I want to start realizing some of my goals and feel more comfortable as a leader before seeking a business partner, but I will keep you in mind if you like."

You have not disqualified them but they already sense leadership qualities and your seriousness about this business. Without knowing it, you just positioned yourself as a leader!

Then conclude, and I do mean conclude by saying, "Maybe in a few weeks or so when I have started to prove myself as a leader and recognize some success, I will be more informed and in a better position to seek a business partner."

Tha is all you need to say!

Yes, shut up! It is hard to do but shut up; someone else is not going to steal them from you! Change the subject and talk about something else.

Hey man, didn't your daughter just win...blah blah blah!

Again, you just created HUGE mystery and sprinkled it with a small dose of envy, two powerful human emotions.

We have all felt the powerful attraction of a mysterious individual. Isn't that what we want in the end, individuals to be attracted to us, to follow our lead, to help us as a team to create a huge business?

The next time you run into the above person, they will most likely ask you about your business again, "So what is this mysterious business you are doing"? Give him some more information, or if you already have studied up my attraction marketing techniques, begin the process on him now.

This one network marketing secret is one my my favorites, and it works! Create attraction through mystery and sprinkle it with a small dose of envy!

If you are not using this network marketing secret, I recommend you start today. This secret could easily have people calling you back wanting to know what you are doing. When you are ready, recruit them, and then teach them the network marketing secret that just recruited them.

Now get out there and create some mystery because it works and it is powerful!
