MLM Recruiting Tips: How to Get Prospects to Welcome You with Open Arms

Every day, my email is filled with questions asking if I have any MLM recruiting tips that one can use to accelerate MLM team building.

Yes, I have a boat load; however, there is one basic concept you must understand first. You must be familiar with the basic concept of Attraction marketing; otherwise, all the MLM recruiting tips on the planet could be given to you but you wouldn't know what to do with them.

A house on a foundation of sand will collapse...so will your network marketing business without a solid foundation.

Anybody that’s spent any time hanging fliers, cold calling, calling purchased leads, and trying to convince family and friends to join their business knows the sting of getting rejected over and over and over again while building their MLM or Network Marketing business.

These “old school” sales techniques have become more difficult for a new network marketer in this age of technology and the increasing role the internet is playing in our lives.

The internet has turned our world into a giant series of sales pitches and "noise."

Take a step back and think about your daily life. It's nearly impossible to do anything without a product, service, or opportunity being pushed in front of us. As a result, we have raised our guard and surrounded ourselves in ironclad fortresses to stave off the onslaught of hands trying to get into our pockets. These fortresses have taken on the form of SPAM blockers, pop up blockers, caller ID, spyware software, and the “Do Not Call List.” DVRs are not only used to record our favorite programs, but to skip the commercials, too!

There is little patience for solicitation and we just want to be left alone.

In the midst of all this marketing “noise,” there are two methods you can use to build your network marketing or MLM business.

1. You can follow your upline’s advice and continue to play the numbers and see what sticks by purchasing more leads, spending more money, and having voicemails and emails go unreturned. Simply put…getting rejected.

Or

2. Simply share what you know in forums, social media, email marketing, etc. Master just one skill and share what you learn as you learn it.

Which do you choose?

Obviously, any sane person would choose number two as the method of choice.

Attraction Marketing

Look, positioning yourself as an expert does not mean running around proclaiming that you are an expert. It means that if you know even just one more strategy, tip, etc than the next person...you hold value in their eyes.

While sharing your knowledge, people will be drawn to what you have to say, creating fans hanging on to every word and continuing to look to you for guidance and leadership.

A portion of those following you will soon be contacting you asking to work with you and others will become loyal customers.

In today’s market place, this is commonly referred to as “Attraction Marketing.”

One of the best resources to learn more about "Attraction Marketing" is Mike Dillard's course, "Magnetic Sponsoring." "Attraction Marketing" certainly isn't a new concept, but Mike's course is written specifically for MLMers and Network Marketers.
