How to become a leader in Network Marketing through the Law of Attraction

Whether on the phone or in person, when speaking to a potential prospect there are some important questions that will help you qualify them for your business. There is no magical way to sign prospects up into your opportunity. There is no flawless script that makes them sign right up, no magical spell. It all comes down to developing a business relationship with your prospect that is based on trust. You will probably be able to sign them up based on your MLM's valuable product, or amazing compensation plan. You can learn how to say all the right things to capitalize on their emotions and yes; sign them up. However, what tends to happen a lot of times, is a week later, or month later they come down from that emotional high and realize that they are not going to get rich over night and that there is real work involved. So then they quit and resolve for their old way of life and their old salary and never reach their dreams and goals.

You need to form a relationship, build trust, and make it their idea to merge with you. Either in person or through the internet, you need get welcomed into their world. Instead of trying to sell them something or start them in our opportunity, let them ask you in their world as a friend. Now this may appear strange to some of you and it may take some trial and error for you to understand this, but you will find this to be a very influential tool. This is called attraction marketing and in contrast to your old way of marketing, the prospect is now chasing you. You are perceived as the specialist, the leader. When this happens there is a certain level of implied trust that is already in place. The greater part of the work is already finished for you. So how does one accomplish this? You are now marketing you, instead of your product or opportunity. Position yourself as a leader as someone with the skills and knowledge. It does not matter if you have been in the business for years or only two months. Achieve credibility by educating yourself. The majority of the people are to lazy to take that extra initiative. This has to be important to you; it needs to come from deep within. No one is going to hand it to you. You should take up every educational opportunity afforded to you. As you do this, you will be able to support people and they will start to look to you for leadership. People feel a inherent attraction towards others who have equal or higher levels of value or status. Do you think your prospects would rather work with you; someone that can teach them skills of online lead generation and attraction marketing, or Jim over there at xyz company who can't really teach them anything at all. Imagine how much more comfortable you would have been if when you started your MLM business and you had someone that sincerely cared about you and took you under their wing. Or, as many of us experience, our up line keeps in touch with us for a month or so, and slowly the contact becomes less and less frequent until you feel all alone out there. I would rather sign up four committed new representatives a month and spend quality time with them to ensure their success and know they are going to be a valuable partner for a lifetime. Instead of signing up fifteen reps a month and not spending quality time with any of them, and in the end have them all fall away from the business. One thing you want is superiority over quantity.

Here are some things you can do right now to put yourself into that leadership role mentality. These may not appear like a big deal, but when you put them all together, it portrays a humble sense of confidence that stands out head and shoulders above the rest.

1. Ensure your health and physical fitness. Maintain a good diet and take good, overall care of yourself. This lets others see that you care about yourself and reflects positively on you as a person.

2. Have good fashin sense. Old, sloppy clothes says you don't care about yourself. It comes down to tidiness and attention to detail.

3. Sit and stand with good posture, be confident and comfortable with yourself. Show people that you are in control of your surroundings.

4. Smile and have a sense of humor. Nobody likes to be around depressed or needy people.

5. As a leader, you will be challenged, but not not react to these emotional tests.

Practice these concepts and you will begin to emerge as a leader. Your prospects will now start to seek you, instead of you seeking them..
