Having a following is in other words having people wanting to belong to you and be part of what you do. Followers want to be on the same wavelength of success that the person they’re following is on.

It all begins with valuable content. If you provide valuable content without trying to pitch your business on anyone, it comes natural to everyone to want to explore you and learn more about you and what you do. Raw psychology. The less you urge, the more they’ll want from you, because of the content you provide and what you are.

It actually takes some time and dedication to produce valuable content without pitching anything on anyone, and without expecting signups from the very start. Nonetheless, it is still worth it! For a couple of months I've been building a following through valuable content spread worldwide over the internet and through social networking sites, without expecting signups. This however has led me to the point when now, I am currently getting about one automatic signup per day, and people from all over the globe contacting me, asking me about my opinion on something they're thinking of working on.

This is just funny, considering that just a couple of months ago I was seriously thinking of quitting, feeling I have failed miserably.
