Though it's mostly grey, its color can vary sometimes due to its chemical composition. It's usually found in large sizes. Since it is quite strong, it is very popular in construction activities. Granite flooring, tables, platforms are common these days. These are trusted as they are very durable and have a long lifetime. They could withstand water, fire, temperature, etc. Aberdeen consists of Granite and it's called Granite City. Ample deposits of granite are found in a lot of places and in most parts of Scotland and England. Their supply is not a costly because of its large deposit.
